SARUSTAR jewelry comes in a wheat colored jewelry box with a gift card inside a signature muslin gift bag. If you have any special requests (i.e. you’d like rings grouped together in one box or you’d like a special handwritten note, etc.) Please let me know at checkout.
SARUSTAR jewelry is made to be durable, but please treat your jewelry with care! It’s best to remove it when you shower, sleep, or swim. Open rings or bracelets should always be adjusted very gently if needed.
One of the easiest ways to keep your sterling silver jewelry tarnish free is to wear it. The oils in your skin help to prevent tarnish.
The best way to clean tarnished silver or gold-fill is with a polishing cloth. (There are also many ways to polish silver that you can find online- whatever you choose, take care not to use abrasives that may scratch the soft surface or your jewelry.)
Note that cleaning oxidized sterling silver may remove the patina. For best results, I suggest only cleaning oxidized sterling lightly with a polishing cloth.
Your brass and/or copper jewelry may darken with wear and exposure to the elements. Toothpaste and a soft brush should clean it up nicely. (Commercial brass cleaners will work too!)
When not worn, store jewelry in air tight plastic bags or wrapped in anti-tarnish material.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I would love for you to love your new jewelry. If for any reason that is not the case, unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Note that I cannot accept returns on custom, personalized, or final sale jewelry.
If your SARUSTAR jewelry needs to be repaired or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please email me at email@example.com. Jewelry will be repaired free of charge within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, there may be a repair fee depending on materials needed and the extent of repair. Please don't hesitate to reach out if something's not right.
